Fume Hood Scrubber Systems designed to safely treat and neutralize hazardous laboratory exhaust gases before releasing them into the atmosphere. Our wet scrubber system efficiently removes corrosive, acidic, and basic fumes generated from laboratory fume hoods, ensuring operator safety, duct protection, and environmental compliance.

The system works on counter-current wet scrubbing technology, where contaminated air passes through a packed bed and spray section. Harmful gases are absorbed and neutralized in the scrubbing liquid, while clean air passes through a mist eliminator and is safely exhausted.

Our scrubbers provide high removal efficiency of 95–98% for water-soluble gases such as HCl, H₂SO₄, NaOH, ammonia, and other toxic vapors. The unit is compact, corrosion-resistant, easy to maintain, and suitable for continuous laboratory operation.
