DESCRIPTION
Bacteriological Incubator is used for storage and bacterial culture growth at 37°C. These laboratory incubators are also known as heated incubators because their temperature range remains between above ambient to 70°C. These units are fitted with digital temperature controller and air circulation fan, which is responsible for uniform distribution of temperature across the chamber. Each unit is equipped with digital PID temperature controller for high temperature accuracy and uniformity. This controller displays both set value (SV) and process value (PV). Construction: We construct the inner chamber of machine with thick gauge of stainless steel 304 & exterior with powder coated GI sheet for corrosion resistance surface. High density PUF insulation of 70mm is filled between inner and external walls. Main chamber is fabricated with arc welding. We construct sizes as small as 100 litres to 1200 litres or customize as per user requirement. Caster wheels with brake are fitted for easy movement. 
Doors: We use double door mechanism with inner door for observation which is fixed directly to the inner chamber that give you access to view plants inside without any variation in internal atmosphere. The exterior door is insulated and fixed with easy to use latches. 
Temperature & Humidity: The temperature range is 5°C to 60°C and humidity range is 50% to 90%. These parameters are controlled through PID controller with excellent accuracy and uniformity through PT100 temperature and capacitive humidity sensors. High Quality heaters are used for temperature. For humidity, stainless steel tank with immersion heater is used with automatic water filling facility.
Illumination: Illumination plays important role in effective plant growth condition; therefore, we use high quality growth lights at three sides of the chamber. These lights are controlled through cyclic timer for 24X7 a week. These lights can be easily changed or replaced at user level.

DESCRIPTION

Construction: The overall stability chamber is built on a rigid stainless steel frame. Thick gauge of stainless steel 304 or 316 is used. High density PUF insulation is filled between inner and external chambers. Each chamber is provided with suitable number of steel wire mesh cable trays (removable) 4 to 8 or more.

Temperature & Humidity: The temperature range of our stability test chambers is 10°C to 60°C; while the humidity range is 35% to 95% RH. As per ICH guidelines our chambers are ideal for storage conditions 25°C at 60% RH, 40°C at 75% RH, 30°C at 65% RH and 25°C at 40% RH.

Refrigeration System: For refrigeration, we equip our stability chambers with branded CFC free compressors that are hermetically sealed and feature quiet operation.  

Heating: SS tubular air heaters are used to generate warm temperature inside the chamber.

Humidity system: Stainless steel tank and ISI mark immersion heater features automatic water filling and low water safety device.

Air circulation: Air circulation is mandatory function to maintain uniform temperature and humidity across the chamber; therefore, we equip our stability test chambers with motorized blower assembly which features quiet operation and long service life.

High density PUF insulation is filled between inner and external chambers. Each chamber is provided with suitable number of steel wire mesh cable trays (removable) 4 to 8 or more. Temperature & Humidity: The temperature range of our stability test chambers is 10°C to 60°C; while the humidity range is 35% to 95% RH. As per ICH guidelines our chambers are ideal for storage conditions 25°C at 60% RH, 40°C at 75% RH, 30°C at 65% RH and 25°C at 40% RH. Refrigeration System: For refrigeration, we equip our stability chambers with branded CFC free compressors that are hermetically sealed and feature quiet operation. Heating: SS tubular air heaters are used to generate warm temperature inside the chamber. Humidity system: Stainless steel tank and ISI mark immersion heater features automatic water filling and low water safety device. SEED GERMINATION CHAMBER : Chambers: Our seed germinators are constructed in single chamber and dual chamber designs. Dual chamber machine has two adjacent chambers and each chamber has individual temperature and humidity control system.Construction: Inner chamber of each machine is made of thick sheet of stainless steel 304;while the exterior is made of GI sheet which is powder coated for corrosion resistance surface. Each jointed is nicely moulded and arc welded. Control system: When using seed germinator accuracy is a prime requirement; therefore, we use powerful PID based temperature and humidity control system supported by high accuracy PT100 RTD sensor and capacitive sensor. In addition, we also use PLC based HMI controller which features colour touch screen, data monitoring and recording and data transfer into computer on user demand. It can be further customized to any level of comfort Cooling System: The cooling system in our seed germinator machines are done using branded CFC free and hermetically sealed compressor with R134A refrigerant. It is long life compressor and plays important role in maintaining low temperature. Humidification: The humidification system consists of a stainless steel tank and an ISI mark immersion heater. It also features automatic water filling device, when water goes below the low level, this device opens the valve for water re-filling. Heating: For heating system, we use tubular air or wire bead heater that are non-corrosive and feature fast heat up. Air circulation: In order to achieve uniform temperature and humidity level in every corner of the chamber forced air circulation is needed and in our seed germinators we use high quality motorized blower assembly for this purpose. This assembly not only distributes temperature and humidity uniformly all over the chamber but also offers quiet and vibration free operation for long years. Illumination: Good seed growth mostly depends upon sufficient illumination inside the chamber; therefore, we equip our seed germinator machines with high LUX fluorescent LED lights that are controlled through microprocessorcontrolled cyclic timer. This timer controls the light mode for a week 24 hours a day.
