Standard Accessories
Our Biosafety cabinets are fitted with fluorescent lights outside working zone. UV lamps are fitted inside working zone in such a way that the operator cannot see them directly. Vertical Laminar Air flowIt is the most used type of laminar air flow. In vertical flow cabinet, room air is entered in working area through HEPA filter fitted on top of the cabinet. Thus, air flows downward (vertically) towards work surface and leaves the cabinet sweeping out particles and bacteria.

Horizontal Laminar Air FlowIn horizontal air flow cabinet, room air is entered in working area through HEPA filter fitted on the back side of the cabinet. Filtered air flows horizontally towards the user creating sterileworking environment.

Air Filteration
The efficiency of a Laminar Air Flow workstation depends upon the quality of pre filters and HEPA filters. In our LAF, the Air filtration system is created to work efficiently even in critical environment. Pre filter that we use are box type pleated having efficiency 95% down to 5 micron and made of HDPE + Non-woven + HDPE mesh media and fitted in aluminium case. The HEPA filters are of high quality having efficiency 99.99 % down to 0.3 micron and fitted in aluminium anodized case. The blower assembly has ¼ HP; 1400 RPM branded motor and has aluminium anodized impellers.The working area is carefully designed for comfortable working and easy cleaning. The workbench is made of stainless steel. Standard fittings are air / gas cock and electrical outlet. For illumination, we use fluorescent lamps. Front side of working area is covered by manual sliding door (sash), which is made of transparent acrylic plastic.There are some optional features that can be added if required by customer. LCD display for air velocity, time and lamp on/off status are displayed on it. Germicidal UV lamp, extra electrical socket and magnahelic gauge are also fitted if required.

Temperature & Humidity: The temperature range of our stability test chambers is 10°C to60°C; while the humidity range is 35% to 95% RH. As per ICH guidelines our chambers areideal for storage conditions 25°C at 60% RH, 40°C at 75% RH, 30°C at 65% RH and 25°C at40% RH.Humidity system: Stainless steel tank and ISI mark immersion heater features automatic water filling and low water safety device.

Refrigeration System: For refrigeration, we equip our stability chambers with branded CFC free compressors that are hermetically sealed and feature quiet operation. 

Heating: SS tubular air heaters are used to generate warm temperature inside the chamber.

Humidity system: Stainless steel tank and ISI mark immersion heater features automatic water filling and low water safety device.

Air circulation: Air circulation is mandatory function to maintain uniform temperature and humidity across the chamber; therefore, we equip our stability test chambers with motorized blower assembly which features quiet operation and long service life.

Control System: Our stability chambers are equipped with self-programmed PID controllers, which feature set value (SV) and process value (PV). In addition, we also use PLC based HMI controller which is advance system and features colour touch screen, various error display, data logging and data transfer to pen drive or direct printout. We can also program and configure HMI control system as per user demand.

Illumination: Interior illumination is done by LED/fluorescent light which can be supported by cyclic timer if required. It controls the ON/OFF timing of light for a week.

Safety Features: Each stability chamber is equipped with many safety features ensuring you working with a trustable machine. Each chamber is fitted with over temperature protection, over current protection and low and high temperature limits and time delay for compressor switch on etc.

Data logging: We also provide data logging feature with our stability chambers; PC interface with RS485 communication and also 21 CFR part 11 software as an option.
